Do you offer a full kitchen?

Yes! We offer pots, pans, skillets, crockpot, air fryer, electric kettle, blender, hand mixer, plates, bowels, utensils, glasses, cups, toaster, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, Keurig machine, ice machine.

We only offer Stevia packets. Free free to bring your own sugar if you prefer something different or buy sugar on your drive to the home.

We want to grill, do you offer the propane?

Yes! We keep two sets of propane tanks for your use.

SUMMER 2026

Oak and Mash Cabin will be making it's debut in summer 2026. Located on six acres in Frankfort, Ky, you'll get to experience beautiful rolling hills, tons of outdoor yard games as well as indoor games. It will sleep 12 comfortably for your family and friends gathering. Only three miles to Whiskey Thief and 13 miles to Buffalo Trace.

Our whole family really enjoyed our stay here. We had a rousing game of pool - realized how bad we were at shuffle board and enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking! What not to like.

We had a great BFF weekend staying here! The neighborhood is nice and house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtful... - living areas thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility - comfortable beds and pillows - games galore for all ages - shuffle board table, pool table, poker table, and more - hot tub is under a gazebo which allowed us enjoy being outside when it rained - large fire pit with eight high-quality, very comfortable, Adirondack chairs - comfortable rockers on the front porch we perfect for morning coffee - clearly marked basket of blankets for the fire pit - clearly marked basket of towels for the hot tub - washer and dryer (two of each for large groups!) - great neighborhood for dog walking - every person we encountered in the neighborhood/area was friendly Downtown area is very cute and we found a great Mexican Restaurant - food and margaritas were homemade with quality ingredients! We will definitely be back to stay with our families!

We came for the bourbon trail and this excellent, cute little house was perfect. Plenty of room. Slept and accommodated 7 people easily. Beds are comfy and the downstairs game room is on point. Thank you for sharing with us! Highly recommend! Great experience!
